How do I compare Harri data to data in Tenzo?
Matching Costs
The report in Harri which matches Actual Cost in Tenzo is the Burden report. If you are logged into your Harri account, please see this guide from Harri on how to find it. Otherwise, follow these steps:
Login to your Harri account and navigate to 'Schedule' in the top menu bar.
At the bottom of the Schedule, there is a bar containing a breakdown of the costs.
This is the Burden report. Clicking the arrow on the right hand side will expand the report to see a breakdown of costs, over the week, by Salaried and Hourly and by different types of overheads.
In Tenzo the matching numbers can be found in Labour → Location. Then choose the same date or date range as is on the top left of the Burden report.
To view overheads and salaried employees, make sure these settings are turned on in Tenzo:
This can be accessed by clicking on the setting icon highlighted in the image above.
Matching Hours
Please see the process to get to the Burden report in the 'Matching Costs' section above. From the Burden report you can see the hours:
To find hours in Tenzo, make sure 'Actual Hours & Cost per Hour' in this drop down is selected.
They can also be found in the 'Trends' tab and choosing 'Actual Hours' in the drop down.
The sum of the Hourly and Salaried hours in Harri will match Tenzo's hours, when including salaried employees within Tenzo.
Exceptions
- If salaried employees have a change of salary then Tenzo will use this new salary whilst the pay change is pending. This may cause a small mismatch between Tenzo and Harri for this employee in this time frame.
- Historical data for salaried employees is based off of their salary at the time of import. This could lead to mismatches with historical data as salaries could have changed over time.
- Since salaried wages is calculated per week, salaried costs may show under 'Actual Cost' for days in the future within the current week.
- Shifts need to be approved in Harri for their associated cost and hours to appear in Tenzo.
- We can guarantee data quality for 60 days. Prior to this there could be changes made to the data in Harri which will not pull through to Tenzo.
- If salaried employees use the unpaid break option in Harri, this will not be reflected in Tenzo as this data is not exported.
- NI data will only pull through into Tenzo if the employee has there NI category attributed to them in Harri.
