We are happy to announce that, as a result of our constant work towards giving our customers more freedom to manage their account, we have now released a new section of our User Admin: Billing!

What is Billing?
Billing is the place where Billing Administrators can manage and update their Billing preferences on their own, such as payment method, billing address, etc.
You can also see all your current pending invoices, as well as exploring your history.
How do I access Billing?
If you are a Billing Administrator, you can head to Admin in Tenzo WebApp:
A window will popup that will look like this:
Here you'll be able to do two things:
- Billing History: shows all past invoices;
- Payment Methods: allows you to include or update your payment methods.
How do I give access to Billing to another user?
Generally, Billing access will only be granted to Administrators.
If for your Business you would like further partitioning (e.g. having one group for Billing Administrators only that does not include everyone in the normal Admin group), please contact your CSM to discuss what option will be best for you.
