How do I compare Tevalis data to data in Tenzo?
Within business analytics:
You can run the "Daily Flash Sales" report
If setting money to "net" - you would then compare this to a number in Tenzo without Tax or Service Charge (and after subtracting discounts) e.g.,
Exceptions
- Tenzo assigns order type to the Transaction (based on the price group) - but Tevalis does this at the individual item level. As such, Order Type reports may not always match Price Group reports.
- Tevalis assigns transactions to day parts based on the Closed Time, whereas Tenzo uses Opened Time. This may cause a small difference in the day part figures between Tenzo and Tevalis.
- Charity payments are set as liabilities in Tenzo and are therefore not included in Tenzo's reports. However Tevalis does include charity payments in their reports so this could cause a small mismatch.
