Tenzo works by putting together all your data from your various operations software for POS, Labour, Inventory and Social and showing it in real-time, so you can do any comparison you need and understand your KPIs clearly.
With regards to POS Integrations, we mirror also their menu structure in terms of Product Division, Category and Items - to know more about what these mean, please read this guide.
For example, if you have Lightspeed L as your POS integration, Product Divisions translate to "Type":
Can I change the Labels for Divisions and Categories?
Yes, you can. Just change them in your Integration and Tenzo will mirror that change.
The moment you change them, please let us know so that we can re-import the data correctly.
