Tenzo predicts your future sales on the basis of your historical data such as your business' usual performance during different days of the week, seasons, and events. Tenzo also has an adjustment feature, which empowered operators to adjust the Tenzo figures to reflect the realities on the ground that will impact sales, for instance, roadworks or broken equipment.
Is there a minimum of data required to make forecasting possible?
To better understand the patterns of your business, the algorithm needs to take in as much data as possible.
The minimum amount we need would be 2 weeks of historical sales.
Over 3 months of historical data would be a very good starting point for increased accuracy.
The general rule is: the more data, the better!
