In Tenzo, we prioritise flexibility and we make sure you can access exactly the data you need. We provide cards you can customise so as to always have at hand the data that matters the most to you, but you can also select different date ranges.
Operating days and business cutoff hours
A date in Tenzo represents an operating day, and it is most commonly 4 am - 4 am (cutoff hour).
Customers can configure in Tenzo their preferred cut off times to match their POS e.g. if they are a nightclub which closes at 4am you may have set your operating day cut off to be 5am.
Here's an example of this:
If you choose to select 3rd Jan to 9th Jan in Tenzo you are selecting whole operating days.
In this example, when you select 3rd to the 9th January, Tenzo will include all transactions from 4am on 3rd January up to 4am on 10th January.
*To note, operating days are set at the business level and apply for all locations.
How do I select a date range?
In every card or module in Tenzo, you get the chance to choose custom dates for the data you are looking at. In the example below you can see Sales by Location and data for the past 7 days:
However, you can always easily change this by clicking on the dates you see displayed. Once you click on the dates, the following calendar will appear for you to select a custom period:
Custom quick dates
You can select days manually, but you can also go to the "Custom" column on the left side and access some quick dates like Yesterday, Week to Date, Individual Months and more.
