New Release: Advanced Sales

In Tenzo you can easily access all of your data from everywhere and be able to look at all sort of metrics; however, so far those metrics were only accessible through specific cards that put together only two or three filters.

Now, you can sort your data by using all filters at the same time!

This is the new Advanced Sales Dashboard:

Available Features

Advanced Sales allows you to generate your own queries for multiple locations based on the range of data points available in the Dashboard.

Sales and Guest Count

One of the most interesting features, which wasn't previously available, is the possibility to look at your Sales alongside Guest Count for each Location:

Further Filters

Sales and Guest Count will show by default. You can then apply further filters by changing the fields you see on top of the Dashboard:

In the example below, we applied the filters necessary to see only Sales for Bristol (Location); coming from the Order Types of Takeaway, Deliveroo and Just Eat; comprehensive only of Food Division; including only Sandwiches, Snacks and Salad; being sold only from Main Bar.

All of these filters put together give us the following result:

You can also filter by one or more single hours:

Current Limitations

We are very excited about this new release and how useful it will be for our customers.

However, at the moment it presents the following limitations:

• If a customer is trying to change a fixed setting - this currently requires a logout and log back in (or soft logout).
• There is a time limit of 6 months for queries.
• Only works for Web App at the moment.

We are working on solving these points and we will soon be having updates!
