We understand the importance of having the flexibility of adding, removing or changing a user's access level in Tenzo.
If you are an Administrator for your business in Tenzo, you can easily upgrade another user to be an Administrator as well.
Please note that changing user permissions can only be done on the Tenzo Web. To do this head over to Admin in the Tenzo Web App and select Users:
Search for the user you would like to give Administrator access to:
Click on the user, then scroll down to "Permission Groups" and click on the blank space for the drop-down menu to appear. Then select "Administrators":
There is no limit for how many of the Users of your Business you can give Administrator permission to.
