How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
Planday can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.
How do I compare Planday data to data in Tenzo?
In Planday, navigate to Payroll > Payroll export.
- Set the dates and Department (for a single location) if necessary.
- Hit print report
In Planday, navigate to Payroll > Payroll export
1. Set the dates and Department (for a single location) if necessary
2. Hit print report
Once the report has loaded, you will see a total of hours worked and payroll costs. You can also open the generated PDF to compare values by an employee.
Exceptions
'Schedule By day' can differ from 'By Week' or 'By Month'; the schedule in Planday does not match the Payroll Export.
Schedule view doesn’t always show salaried employee costs correctly - they can show as Salary Rate + Hourly Rate for the shift worked, or they can show as 0 if they don’t have a shift when they are still paid a salary that day. Which is why Tenzo is best matched with Payroll Export now.
