How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
Lightspeed L series can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they will connect this for you.
How do I compare Lightspeed data to data in Tenzo?
Within Lightspeed you can see a “Revenue” number in the “Reports -> Day Reports” screen
To match Tenzo, you MUST have your settings set to INCLUDE tax and service charge.
You will then be able to see the same number by selecting one day within Tenzo’s “Sales by Location” view.
Exceptions
- Open transactions do not appear in Tenzo. For data to appear in Tenzo, all transactions must be closed.
