Through the Tenzo Web App you are able to manage setting up and trouble shooting adding new users to your Tenzo account using User Admin.
If you don't have Administrator access to troubleshoot adding a new user, then you can either ask your company Tenzo owner or please drop a note to your Customer Success Manager and they should be able to set you up with User Admin access.
Resending a user invite
You can now resend an invite if someone has not received their email invite to join your Tenzo account.
Simply click on the user on your User Admin and tick on Resend Invite, then next, then confirm. The user will receive a new email to set up their Tenzo account.
Other troubleshooting checks
If they don't receive the resent invite please ask them to check their spam / junk folders. If this isn't here please also check with your IT support to confirm that you're not blocking any emails from '...@gotenzo.com' email addresses.
Once you've done both of these two things and if the email still isn't being received please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this.
