What do reviews look like in Tenzo
Reviews can be viewed by all sources or location separately using our Social menu. We also have a range KPI cards that you can access on our mobile of web apps:
Why isn't Tenzo integrated with Instagram?
We do not integrate with Instagram for our Social Module for multiple reasons:
- Instagram does not have reviews - it only has comments, which often are not related to being a review;
- Instagram, unlike other social networks, does not have an API or method that would allow us to pull in the comments and check-ins for a location.
- Check-ins are images that are geo-tagged at that location - however, it is common for people to tag themselves at a place they have never been to, or even half way across the world in order to appear on the list of pictures for that location, especially if this is for an upscale popular/famous dining location.
How can I set up the Social Module in Tenzo?
Existing customers can self connect Facebook or Google by following the steps here please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or firstname.lastname@example.org and they will give you the access needed to set these up. They can also connect Yelp and Trip advisor for you.
