What data your Tenzo users can see in Tenzo depends on the level of access you give them. We give you total control over how you set this up.
We have different location access levels and also the ability to create different groups to change the modules and/or different emails users receive.
Setting a users access based on locations:
Out of the box it's possible for you to select when you create a new user whether they can see data for all your locations in Tenzo or whether their access is limited to one or many locations.
If you have areas set up in Tenzo it's also possible to set a user's access limited to one or many areas.
Setting a users access based on Groups:
Depending on how your business is set up, you may want different user groups in your business to have access to different data in Tenzo and/or to receive different email reports.
For example, you may want your Head Office Team to have access to all Tenzo modules but your location level users to only have access to everything but only part of the labour module.
