At Tenzo, we know how important it is to have access to your data and view it when you want and how you want to. You can have any Tenzo KPIs automatically emailed out to you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Scheduling your email reports
Your Tenzo email reports are totally customisable and can be scheduled based on your preferred timing to give you the quick visibility of your operational performance when you want to see it.
If you are an existing customer and have a KPI on your dashboard that you would like to receive in an emails, please let your Customer Success Manager (CSM) know and they can set this up for you.
It's also possible to set up different email reports to be sent out to different user groups or to have multiple reports sent out daily/weekly/monthly focusing on specific operational areas. Share your requirements with your CSM and they can set these up for you.
