Yes! Our Customer Success Team aims to provide you with great and quick support for any Tenzo query or issue you may have.
Our core support hours are from Monday to Friday during UK business hours. However, we monitor all emails into our support email address email@example.com around the clock - so we're able to jump on any critical issues as soon as they arise.
Each Tenzo customer also has their very own Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The CSM manages the customer's Tenzo journey from onboarding through to their rollout and the adoption of Tenzo in their business. Should you need any help during your onboarding your Customer Success Manager is the best person to reach out to.
