Within Tenzo you can see your labour costs including or excluding labour overheads.
How do I change these settings?
To confirm whether you are looking at a cost including or excluding labour costs, select the button, then "Labour" to see whether the box for 'Include labour overhead' is ticked or not.
To calculate the top-level labour overhead % for your business you can toggle between turning labour overheads off and on. You can then calculate the overall labour overhead % as follows:
[(Labour cost with labour overheads included - Labour cost without labour overheads)/Labour cost without labour overheads * 100)]
Please note that this will give you an overall percentage regardless or employee type i.e. whether they are paid annually or hourly.
