Any Dashboard in your Tenzo account can be emailed out automatically to you and other members of your team on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Note: this feature is currently in Beta. If you don't have access to this on your account yet, please contact your CSM.
How do I set up a Recurring Email?
You can set up a recurring email from either:
- Dashboard view page; or
- Email page in the Admin section.
What you will see is the following screen:
Here you can choose:
- What dashboard you want to email out; if a dashboard contains several tabs, you can chose whether you want to email all tabs or only specific ones;
- Whether you want to (a) Set up a Recurring Email or (b) Email Now.
If you Email Now, the email will be sent as a one-off to the you or the people in the group you choose; if you choose Recurring Email, a few more options will appear;
- Frequency and time of the Recurring email;
- Who should receive the email; this can either be You or one/multiple specific User Groups;
- Whether you want to include CSV attachments or not; and
- You can also send a Preview first if you'd like to see how it would look before configuring it.
If you set up a Recurring Email, this will always be accessible in your Recurring Emails page, where you (and anyone with Admin access) can edit or delete it at any time:
All users are able to send emails (one off and recurring) to themselves, but only Administrators can send emails to user groups.
