If when trying to access the Tenzo Webapp you get a blank page or the content gets stuck in loading, your browser might have cached (temporarily stored) a broken version of our app, therefore, you need to refresh it.
If you need urgent access to Tenzo, you should be able to do so through an incognito/private window. To restore the app in your regular browsing tab, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Hard refresh your Tenzo Webapp page. The steps for this vary depending on your browser and operating system. Typically the most reliable way is to hold Shift (on Mac OS) or Ctrl (on Windows) while clicking the refresh button on the browser page.
2. Clear your entire browser Cache. Close all your Tenzo tabs, clear your browsing cache, and open the Webapp again.
3. Clear site data. If none of the steps above resolve the issue, try clearing your Tenzo cache by following these steps:
