How do I connect Abacus data to Tenzo?
Abacus can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they will connect this for you.
How do I compare Abacus data to data in Tenzo?
Within Abacus, you can see a 'Gross Sales' value on the dashboard.
To match Tenzo, you MUST have your settings set to INCLUDE tax, service and comps.
You will then be able to see the same number by selecting one day within Tenzo’s “Sales by Location” view.
Exceptions
- Due to an error in item data returned by Abacus, values before 27/10/22 will be incorrect.
- If using Mr Yum integration with Abacus, refund data may also be incorrect for current and historical data.
