Tenzo Forecasting Calendars Early Release

We are happy to announce the release of our newest Tenzo Feature: Custom Calendars!

Calendars are now ready for an early release for customers who are keen to test these in their Tenzo portal; if you are utilising the Forecasting module today, you can apply!

How does the new Calendar feature work?

The Calendar feature allows us to upload bespoke events relevant to your whole business and/or individual locations.

You can see these events on the forecasting by day screen. For example, you and your team are able to see if there was a major event taking place near the location in question when sales were anomalously high last year or last week.

This also applies to future events that you know have a significant impact on the revenues of your business or individual sites. By uploading a bespoke list of events in advance, your team can keep them in mind when reviewing forecast sales by day for the upcoming weeks. On the screenshot below they are referred to as "Adjustment Reasons".

How can I be one of the first customers to try it?

If you would like to be one of the early testers of the feature please reach out to your Tenzo CSM by emailing [e-mail]. We will also ask you to provide us with some feedback to improve this feature further.

What we can load:

• A static export of a Google Calendar; or
• A list of events from a spreadsheet.
